If they can have back up coffee dispensers as the fancy coffee makers were not working properly and it had to happen all at the same time during breakfast.

The staff was wonderful and responsive. We were upgraded to a suite which was very comfortable. The pool area was great, as was the breakfast. The metro station was right outside the hotel.
Areas for improvement:
We were told by several guides and a taxi driver that the area was not the safest. However we had no issues.

Friendly staff, spacious and renovated rooms, very comfortable bed, and very clean. Location was okay, 15 minute walk to the city center.
Areas for improvement:
Slow elevators. No shower curtains or cabin around the shower in the bathroom so everything got wet when showering. This is quite unusual, especially since we had upgraded rooms.
